Method for repairing wood structure of antique dwelling
The method comprises the steps that S1, three-proofing treatment is conducted, specifically, the defects that a wood structure is prone to being damaged by worms, flammable and decayed are overcome, and wood is subjected to fire prevention, insect prevention and corrosion prevention treatment; s2, removing and repairing or pier joint is conducted, wherein the decayed part of the wooden column is repaired; s3, inlaying is carried out, wherein shrinkage cracks in the wooden column are repaired; s4, purlin adding is carried out, specifically, the bearing capacity of the wood purlin is increased, the mode of spraying a three-proofing coating is adopted firstly, and the defects that wood is prone to being damaged by worms, flammable and decayed are overcome; secondly, when the wooden column is decayed to a certain degree but is not enough to replace, the decayed and cracked part is repaired by adopting a pier connection and inlaying method; and finally, under the condition that the size of the wooden purlin is small, the bearing capacity of the wooden purlin is increased by adopting a method of increasing purlin braces, the safety is ensured, meanwhile, the overall replacement of the wooden purlin can be avoided, and thus the waste of materials is reduced.
本发明公开一种应用于仿古民居木结构修缮方法，包括S1、“三防”处理：用于改善木结构易虫蛀、易燃以及易腐朽的缺陷，对木料进行防火、防虫、防腐处理；S2、剔补或墩接：用于对木柱腐朽部位进行修缮；S3、嵌补：用于对木柱上的干缩裂缝进行修补；S4、增加随檩枋：用于增加木檩的承载力，本发明先采用喷涂“三防”涂料的方式，用于改善木料易虫蛀、易燃以及易腐朽的缺陷；其次木柱有一定程度腐朽但不足以更换时，通过对腐朽、开裂部位采用墩接、嵌补的方法进行修缮；最后对木檩尺寸较小的情况，采取增加随檩枋的方法增加木檩的承载力，在保证安全性的同时，又可以避免木檩的整体更换，从而减少材料的浪费。
