The present invention describes a hinge for a door or a window, comprising: a box-shaped body accommodated in a cavity formed on a fixed frame or a movable frame; a movable body having a cylindrical socket or portion capable of coupling with a hinge pin positioned in the box-shaped body, and a wing protruding from the box-shaped body for connection to another fixed frame or movable frame; means for connecting the free end of the wing to another fixed or mobile frame; the wing part protruding from the box-shaped main body comprises a foot part connected to the fixed frame or the movable frame at the free end part of the wing part, and the foot part forms a connecting device; the cross-section of the connecting foot is shaped to match the tubular cross-section of the channel formed by the fixed frame or the mobile frame so as to allow the wings of the mobile body to be connected by sliding coupling of the connecting foot along and inside the channel of the fixed frame or the mobile frame.
