The invention relates to an automatic double-door device, a door opening method and a refrigerator. The automatic double-door device comprises at least two pushing parts; the power component is used for simultaneously driving the at least two pushing parts to execute the door opening action; the switching mechanism is used for forming effective connection with the pushing part; the energy storage unit is correspondingly connected to the pushing part and is used for temporarily storing potential energy of the power component; when the switching mechanism is effectively connected with a pushing part, the energy storage unit temporarily stores potential energy transmitted to the pushing part by the power component so as to empty the door opening action of the pushing part in turns; the switching mechanism is effectively connected with or disconnected from one of the pushing parts, so that the automatic double-door device is switched to execute a single-door opening action or a double-door opening action.
