The present invention relates to a stadium comprising: (i) a lower base layer; (ii) an upper grass layer and/or an artificial grass layer; (iii) a shock pad layer located between the base layer and the grass layer or artificial grass layer; wherein the cushion layer comprises at least one cushion comprising an adhesive plate having an upper major surface and a lower major surface wherein the adhesive plate comprises at least one adhesive layer comprising artificial vitreous fibers (MMVF) bonded with a cured aqueous adhesive composition; wherein, prior to curing, the aqueous binder composition comprises:-a component (i) in the form of one or more oxidized lignin; -a component (ii) in the form of one or more cross-linking agents; -a component (iii) in the form of one or more plasticizers.
