The invention discloses a tunnel anchor track type intelligent deslagging system and method.The system comprises a track mechanism, a traction mechanism and a control mechanism, and the track mechanism comprises a track and is laid between a deslagging tunnel anchor tunnel face and a slag car; the traction mechanism comprises a winch, a first steering wheel, a second steering wheel, a support, a traction steel wire rope and a deslagging trolley, the support and the winch are both arranged on the deslagging platform, the first steering wheel is rotationally arranged on the top of the support, and the second steering wheel is rotationally arranged on the rail; the traction steel wire rope is pulled by the winch and drags the slag discharging vehicle to move along the track through the first steering wheel and the second steering wheel. The control mechanism comprises an encoder, a tension sensor and a control module. The slag tapping state of the slag tapping vehicle is sensed through the tension sensor and the encoder, active braking early warning is carried out through monitoring data feedback, the slag tapping vehicle is weighed rapidly and accurately, and the slag tapping efficiency in a set time period is automatically counted and analyzed.
