Construction method of mountain abrupt slope suspended bearing platform
The invention discloses a mountain abrupt slope suspended bearing platform construction method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) excavating and leveling a multi-step construction platform on the upper part of the slope surface of an abrupt slope of a mountain from top to bottom; (2) excavating a construction platform at the lower part step by step according to actual conditions; (3) pile foundation excavation is conducted on the construction platform of each step; (4) after the pile foundation is excavated, the steel casing is lengthened, and pile foundation concrete is poured; (5) mounting a bracket structure on the top of the lengthened steel casing; (6) formwork erecting and reinforcing steel bar binding construction of the bearing platform are conducted; (7) carrying out concrete pouring and maintenance on the bearing platform; and (8) removing the bracket structure except the hoop. For the bearing platform which is located on the cliff and is complex in topography and landform, large in ground fluctuation, located on the mountainous area and partially suspended at the bottom, the construction safety and construction efficiency of the suspended bearing platform on the cliff are improved, damage to the original topography and landform is reduced, and green construction is achieved.
本发明公开了一种山体陡坡悬空承台施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)对山体的陡坡坡面上部从上至下进行多级台阶的施工平台开挖整平;(2)根据实际情况逐级开挖下部的施工平台;(3)在每级台阶的施工平台处进行桩基开挖;(4)桩基开挖完成后进行钢护筒接长,浇筑桩基混凝土;(5)在接长的钢护筒顶部安装托架结构;(6)进行承台的立模及钢筋绑扎施工;(7)进行承台的混凝土浇筑、养护;(8)将除抱箍之外的托架结构拆除。本发明针对处于山区地形地貌复杂,地面起伏较大,位于悬崖峭壁且底部部分悬空的承台,提高悬崖峭壁悬空承台施工的安全性及施工工效,减小对原地形地貌的破坏,实现绿色施工。
