本发明提供了一种预制桩钻孔植入的沉桩施工方法,孔口一体化平台为型钢组合结构,兼具限位调整、临时固定预制桩以及用于后期承托混凝土浇筑导管的功能,沉桩时设有抱箍装置,用于固定预制管桩、接桩等,浇筑混凝土前拆除抱箍,此结构的支座点为周边的土体,采用打入钢桩等固定。该方法成熟工艺的巧妙组合,施工过程不涉及重大危险源,使用的机具设备也均为常规,降低了施工安全风险。相比钻孔灌注桩施工,采用本先钻孔植桩后填缝的植入法,可降低造价和缩短施工周期。适用范围广,对于地质较为坚硬、含碎卵石层或持力层为岩层,预制桩锤击或压桩下沉困难时,可采用本植入法施工,具有较好的适用性。
