The invention relates to a narrow roadway foundation pit supporting technology. The technology comprises the specific steps that pretreatment is conducted before construction; construction sections are arranged at certain intervals, the to-be-excavated depth of each layer is set according to the to-be-excavated depth of the groove, excavation is conducted in a segmented mode, and firstly, the first layer of groove is excavated; after excavation of the first layer is completed, batten strips are immediately used for laying and supporting the soil wall of the groove from bottom to top in the horizontal direction, and I-shaped steel assemblies are arranged in the vertical direction every 3 m to serve as supporting walings; finally, adjusting type supporting steel pipes are used as supporting rods to be supported between the I-shaped steel assemblies on the two sides every 3 m; downward excavation is continued, and the next layer of support is carried out until excavation is carried out to the bottom of the trench; and after the newly-built pipeline is installed, the supports are dismantled layer by layer, backfilling is conducted, and finally the designed pavement elevation is recovered. 本发明是一种狭窄巷道基坑支护工艺,具体步骤为:施工前先进行预处理;间隔一定距离设置一个施工段,按照沟槽需要开挖的深度设定每层需要开挖的深度,分段进行开挖,首先进行第一层沟槽开挖;第一层开挖完成后,立即用木方条沿水平向从底向上铺设支护沟槽土壁,并且在竖直方向每隔3m设置工字钢组合体作为支撑围囹;最后每隔3m用调节式支撑钢管作为支撑杆支撑在两侧的工字钢组合体之间;继续向下开挖并进行下一层支护,直至开挖至沟槽底;新建管道安装完成后,逐层拆除支护并进行回填,最终恢复至设计路面标高。本发明针对狭窄巷道基坑支护采用先开挖后支护的方式进行施工,分层开挖支护,防止基坑失稳,支护结构重复利用,节省成本。
