The invention discloses a toilet urinalysis structure which comprises a toilet body, the toilet body is provided with a basin cavity with an open top surface, the inner wall of the basin cavity is provided with a positioning hole for limiting a urinalysis module, one end of the urinalysis module is provided with a light detection unit, and the other end of the urinalysis module is provided with a light emitting unit. An accommodating space is formed between the light-emitting unit and the light detection unit and is used for accommodating urine to be detected flowing into the basin cavity; and the light detection unit is electrically connected with a processing unit, so that after the processing unit receives the light intensity information detected by the light detection unit, standard numerical value comparison is carried out to output a normal or abnormal detection signal to the outside.
