According to the construction method of the horizontal well structure of the refuse landfill, the prestressed tendon prestress tensioning technology is applied to the floral tube structure for horizontal drainage and seepage of the refuse heap, so that the refuse landfill flows automatically in the horizontal direction to guide and drain the leachate, the liquid level of the leachate of the refuse heap can be effectively controlled, the water holding capacity of refuse is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
