The invention discloses a riveting type concrete mechanical anchor bolt. The expansion sleeve, the shear-resistant casing pipe, the gasket and the lantern ring are sequentially arranged on an anchor rod in a sleeving mode. The anchor rod comprises an expansion body, a polished rod, a locking groove and a tail part which are arranged in sequence; the expansion body is a solid cone of which the axial diameter is gradually increased; the locking groove is provided with an annular groove arranged in the circumferential direction of the anchor rod. The expansion sleeve is of a hollow cylinder structure, the cylinder is axially provided with a plurality of parallel slits which evenly divide the rear portion of the cylinder into a plurality of expansion arms, and the length of the slits is 3/4-3/5 of the length of the hollow cylinder structure. One or more arc-shaped protrusions are arranged on the outer surface of each expansion arm, the arcs of the arc-shaped protrusions are arranged in the circumferential direction of the expansion sleeve, and the sharp points of the arc-shaped protrusions are located at the highest point in the insertion direction of the anchor rod; the inner wall of the opening at the front end of each expansion arm of the expansion sleeve is provided with a gradual thinning area matched with the cone of the anchor rod expansion body. According to the mechanical anchor bolt, a spacer sleeve with positioning and compensation effects is omitted, the structure of the anchor bolt is simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the anti-loosening performance of the mechanical anchor bolt is improved.
