The invention discloses a construction method of a prefabricated composite wallboard of a building maintenance wall. Comprising the following steps of installation of embedded parts and lifting appliances, hoisting and in-place of the prefabricated wallboards, installation and correction of the prefabricated wallboards, connection of the prefabricated wallboards and cast-in-place structure nodes, concrete pouring, water prevention of abutted seams between the prefabricated wallboards and removal of temporary supports of the prefabricated wallboards. A steel plate net structure lightweight concrete thermal insulation integrated wallboard technology is adopted, simultaneous construction of the wallboard and a main body primary structure is achieved through mortise and tenon joint assembly, and mortise and tenon joint type connection is completed by pouring concrete. The tenon-and-mortise type construction technology solves the problems of leakage of installation splicing seams and corrosion and aging of supporting connecting pieces, avoids the problem that the seams need to be filled with sealant, avoids the problem of water leakage of the structure, and reduces half of the construction period and obtains good social benefits and economic benefits through one-time structure interpenetration construction.
