The invention discloses a steel formwork connecting and supporting device which comprises a formwork assembly, the formwork assembly comprises a vertical formwork and a transverse formwork, one end of the vertical formwork is spliced with the transverse formwork, and caulking grooves matched for use are formed in the outer wall of the vertical formwork and the outer wall of the transverse formwork; and the adjusting and stretching module comprises an adjusting assembly, a hydraulic output assembly and a locking assembly, and hydraulic transmission force is output to the locking assembly through the hydraulic output assembly. By arranging the pull rod capable of flexibly adjusting the supporting position and the supporting angle, flexible adaptation is facilitated in the steel formwork connecting process according to site conditions, synchronous clamping is achieved through hydraulic output power, synchronous locking is achieved after the supporting device is adjusted, and stable connection of the supporting device is ensured.
