Screwing a spiral sleeve at the lower part of the steel pipe, gradually jacking a lantern ring, lifting the position of the lower end of a first inner inclined rod, jacking a second suspension rod by the upper end of the first inner inclined rod to enable a third suspension rod to rise, and stopping screwing the spiral sleeve after the second suspension rod is jacked to a specified position; the included angle between the first suspension rod and the first inner inclined rod is reduced, then the pull rod is pulled, the first suspension rod is promoted to rotate around the hinge point of the first suspension rod, and the whole structure is expanded and lifted. The overall structure is exquisite, light and efficient, mounting and dismounting are easy, compared with a large grid structure supporting system, the system is lighter, hoisting is convenient, hoisting and jacking in place can be conducted after assembly on the ground or a platform, and construction is easier and more convenient.
本发明公开了一种混凝土穹顶支模施工方法,包括钢管、第一悬杆、第二悬杆、第三悬杆、第一内斜杆、第二内斜杆和拉杆,钢管的两端分别设置有带孔耳板,带孔耳板上设有套环,钢管上设有限位卡,限位卡上设置有螺纹丝套。拧动钢管下部的螺旋套管,逐渐顶升套环,提升第一内斜杆下端位置,第一内斜杆上端顶升第二悬杆使第三悬杆上升,顶升到指定位置后,停止拧动螺旋套管;第一悬杆与第一内斜杆之间夹角变小,进而牵动拉杆,促使第一悬杆绕其的铰接点旋转,使整个结构得以扩展提升。此发明整体结构构造精巧轻盈高效,易于安装拆卸,相比体现较大的网架结构支撑系统,更加轻巧,便于吊装,可以在地面或平台上组装后进行吊装顶升就位,施工更加简便。
