The invention discloses an outer wall fireproof insulation board and a production method thereof.The outer wall fireproof insulation board comprises a super-hydrophobic glass bead insulation layer, non-woven fabric layers are compositely connected to the top and the bottom of the super-hydrophobic glass bead insulation layer through adhesives, and a waterproof mortar layer is compositely connected to the top of the upper non-woven fabric layer; the bottom of the lower non-woven fabric layer is in composite connection with a perlite heat preservation layer through an adhesive, and the bottom of the perlite heat preservation layer is in composite connection with a glass wool composite heat preservation layer through an adhesive. The fireproof performance and the heat preservation performance of the heat preservation plate can be enhanced through the super-hydrophobic vitrified microbead heat preservation layer, the waterproof and heat preservation effects of the heat preservation plate can be improved through the perlite heat preservation layer and the glass wool composite heat preservation layer, and performance reduction caused by moisture absorption of glass wool is avoided; the fire resistance and the heat preservation performance of the heat preservation plate can be further enhanced through the cement foaming fireproof layer, and the safety of the outer wall heat preservation plate in use is improved.
