The invention provides surface-coated cubic boron nitride powder and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of superhard materials. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) providing turbid liquid of modified cubic boron nitride; the modified cubic boron nitride is silica layer modified cubic boron nitride; (2) mixing yttrium nitrate/zirconium oxychloride with urea, aluminum nitrate and water to obtain a mixed solution; (3) mixing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) with the turbid liquid obtained in the step (1), and performing precipitation reaction to obtain precursor-coated cubic boron nitride; (4) calcining the precursor coated cubic boron nitride obtained in the step (3) to obtain surface coated cubic boron nitride powder; the step (1) and the step (2) do not have a sequence. The surface-coated cubic boron nitride powder provided by the invention realizes uniform coating of the sintering aid on the cubic boron nitride powder, and solves the problem of mixing uniformity of the boron nitride material.
本发明提供了一种表面包覆立方氮化硼粉体及其制备方法，属于超硬材料领域。本发明提供的制备方法包括以下步骤：(1)提供改性立方氮化硼的悬浊液；所述改性立方氮化硼为硅氧层修饰立方氮化硼；(2)将硝酸钇/氧氯化锆与尿素、硝酸铝和水混合，得到混合液；(3)将所述步骤(2)得到的混合液与所述步骤(1)得到的悬浊液混合后进行沉淀反应，得到前驱体包覆立方氮化硼；(4)将所述步骤(3)得到的前驱体包覆立方氮化硼进行煅烧，得到表面包覆立方氮化硼粉体；所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)没有先后顺序。本发明提供的表面包覆立方氮化硼粉体实现了烧结助剂对立方氮化硼粉体的均匀包覆，解决了氮化硼材料混料均匀性的问题。
