The invention discloses a dipping-curing treatment method of polyborosilazane, a composite material and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of composite material preparation. In a traditional PIP process of the fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material, a polyborosilazane precursor used for impregnation-curing has certain viscosity, a novel polyborosilazane curing treatment method is adopted, and the precursor is subjected to high-pressure action, so that polyborosilazane can be fully immersed into a silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber preform; the silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber preform can be ensured to obtain a high-density state after being impregnated and cured by the polyborosilazane precursor, and the improvement of the curing process ensures that the silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber reinforced silicon-boron-nitrogen composite material with low porosity and high performance can be obtained in the subsequent multi-impregnation-curing-cracking composite process.
本发明公开了聚硅硼氮烷的浸渍‑固化处理方法、复合材料及制备方法,属于复合材料制备技术领域。对纤维增强氮化硅复合材料传统的PIP工艺中,浸渍‑固化所用的聚硅硼氮烷先驱物具有一定粘度,采用新型聚硅硼氮烷固化处理方法,通过对先驱物进行高压作用,能够使得聚硅硼氮烷充分浸入硅硼氮纤维预制体中,保证硅硼氮纤维预制体在聚硅硼氮烷先驱物浸渍固化后,能够获得高致密状态,对于固化工艺的改进,从而确保在后续的多次浸渍‑固化‑裂解复合过程中能够获得低气孔率、高性能的硅硼氮纤维增强硅硼氮复合材料。
