The composite improvement method comprises the following steps: step 1, cutting the coal-series soil into blocks, drying, crushing, and screening to obtain dried coal-series soil; 2, adding the polypropylene fiber processed into a certain length into the dried coal-series soil, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polypropylene fiber and coal-series soil mixture; step 3, adding water and an STW type high-molecular soil stabilizer into the polypropylene fiber coal-series soil mixture, and uniformly mixing, or adding water into the STW type high-molecular soil stabilizer for dilution, spraying the diluted STW type high-molecular soil stabilizer into the polypropylene fiber coal-series soil mixture for several times, and uniformly mixing, so as to obtain a composite improved coal-series soil precursor; and 4, putting the composite improved coal-series soil precursor into a mold, maintaining at normal temperature, controlling the water content, and compacting to form a sample, so as to obtain the composite improved coal-series soil. The problems of unstable soil texture and strength attenuation of the coal-series soil are solved, and the mechanical property of the coal-series soil is effectively improved.
