The invention provides an expansion joint device of a railway continuous bridge, and belongs to the technical field of railway bridges. Beam end telescopic devices and steel rail telescopic adjusters are arranged between the middle transition beam and the main bridge end and between the middle transition beam and the approach bridge end respectively. A piston rod on the first side of the first double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is connected with the main bridge end, a cylinder barrel of the first double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is connected with the middle transition beam on the second side, a piston rod on the first side of the second double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is connected with the middle transition beam, and a cylinder barrel of the second double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is connected with the approach bridge end on the second side. An oil cavity, on the first side, of the first double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is communicated with an oil cavity, on the second side, of the second double-outlet-rod piston cylinder, and an oil cavity, on the second side, of the first double-outlet-rod piston cylinder is communicated with an oil cavity, on the first side, of the second double-outlet-rod piston cylinder. The displacement of the middle transition beam is half of the displacement of the main bridge end all the time, so that the main bridge end has an ultra-large expansion amount which is twice the expansion amount of the middle transition beam relative to the approach bridge end.
