The invention discloses a bridge maintenance platform which comprises a maintenance platform body, the maintenance platform body comprises a work platform and further comprises a suspension mechanism, the suspension mechanism comprises two main rods which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, rolling wheels are installed at the front ends and the rear ends of the main rods, and a plurality of first supporting rods are installed on the main rods; each first supporting rod is provided with a first guide wheel, the main rod is provided with a plurality of second supporting rods, the second supporting rods and the first supporting rods are distributed in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each second supporting rod is provided with a second guide wheel, the working platform is connected with one end of the steel wire rope, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the balancing weight. The suspension mechanism can freely move, the construction convenience is greatly improved, the adjusting rods of the first supporting rods on the suspension mechanism can be installed by selecting the corresponding first fixing holes according to needs, then the suspension mechanism can adapt to the sizes of different bridges, and the universality is greatly improved.
