Continuous first and then simple support erecting method for multi-connected multi-span steel truss girder bridge
The invention relates to a method for firstly continuously erecting a multi-connected multi-span steel truss girder bridge and then simply supporting the multi-connected multi-span steel truss girder bridge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating steel truss girder units in a factory; (2) erecting a plurality of groups of temporary assembly brackets between the first pier and the second pier of the first frame connection frame section; (3) the crawler crane station is located on the existing trestle, the initial section steel truss girder is assembled on the assembling support and the temporary buttress, and assembling of the first-span steel truss girder is completed; (4) installing the steel truss girder rod pieces within the hoisting range by using a deck crane to complete the installation of the steel truss girder; (5) the deck crane moves forwards to the adjacent steel truss girder, the steel truss girder continues to be installed to the adjacent bridge pier, and whole collapse installation is completed; a semi-automatic cutting machine is used for cutting the combined rod pieces at the junctions of the joints, polishing and coating are conducted, and conversion of the continuous stress system to the simply supported stress system of installation of the two adjacent steel trusses is completed; and (6) repeating the step (4) to the step (5), and completing the construction of the residual connection steel beams according to a two-connection construction method. The construction period is short, labor and material cost is saved, and safety and high efficiency are achieved.
一种多联多跨钢桁梁桥先连续后简支架设方法,包括以下步骤:①在工厂内预制钢桁梁单元;②首架联起架段第一桥墩和第二桥墩之间架设多组临时拼装支架;③履带吊站位于已有栈桥上,在拼装支架及临时支墩上拼装起始段钢桁梁,完成第一跨钢桁梁拼装;④利用桥面吊机安装起吊范围内钢桁梁杆件完成该联钢桁梁安装;⑤桥面吊机前移至相邻联钢桁梁上,继续安装该联钢桁梁至相邻桥墩,完成整垮安装;利用半自动切割机切割联与联交界处的组合杆件,打磨、涂装,完成相邻两联钢桁梁安装由连续至简支的受力体系转换;⑥重复第四步~第五步,按照两联连做的方法,完成剩余联钢梁的施工。本发明施工周期短、节省人工和材料成本、安全高效。
