The invention relates to the technical field of steel beam building construction, and discloses a large-span steel-concrete structure building which comprises multiple piers and temporary supporting columns, the temporary supporting columns are arranged between every two piers, and the multiple temporary supporting columns are arranged between every two piers at equal intervals; a plurality of steel plate frames are jointly and fixedly mounted at the tops of the bridge piers and the temporary supporting columns, every two steel plate frames are fixedly mounted through a connecting assembly, a mounting frame is fixedly mounted at the tops of the steel plate frames, and a steel skeleton is arranged in the mounting frame; by means of the reinforcing and pushing assembly, the reinforcing and pushing rod can reinforce connection between the two cross beams and stably support the two cross beams, and when a handle is continuously rotated to enable the reinforcing and pushing rod to extrude and push the interior of an insertion groove, the midspan area of the whole steel framework has the trend of protruding upwards; therefore, the load bearing capacity of the midspan area of the steel skeleton is improved.
