The invention relates to a road washing and sweeping vehicle which comprises a vehicle chassis, the vehicle chassis comprises a vehicle frame (103), a front wheel (101) and a rear wheel (102), the front wheel (101) and the rear wheel (102) are installed on the vehicle frame (103), and the road washing and sweeping vehicle further comprises a dust collection suction nozzle (6), a sweeping disc (7), a water spraying rod and a main suction nozzle (8) which are sequentially arranged between the front wheel (101) and the rear wheel (102). The dust collection suction nozzles (6) are arranged close to the front wheels (101), and the multiple sweeping discs (7), the multiple water spraying rods and the multiple main suction nozzles (8) are arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle chassis at intervals. By means of the technical scheme, the road washing and sweeping vehicle can effectively reduce flying dust in the sweeping process, and the sweeping operation effect is improved.
