In the integrated device, multiple sections of tubular piles are connected through expanding joints and tubular pile joints and then are driven into a soil layer, then expanding devices are adopted to sequentially unfold the expanding joints to form expanded diameters, then a grouting machine is connected with a bag type bottom expanding device through a grouting pipe, and after a certain amount of grout is injected, the grout is solidified to form an expanded bottom. The pile side resistance and the pile end resistance can be improved, the pile foundation bearing capacity can be greatly improved, particularly, the uplift bearing capacity mainly based on the pile side friction resistance can be remarkably improved, and therefore the pile length and the pile number can be reduced, and the engineering cost is reduced.
