The invention discloses a full framing foundation treatment method based on rapid excavation of a bearing platform, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, lofting an excavation boundary line on the ground of an existing road, and excavating a road structure to form a foundation trench; the steel sheet piles are constructed along the edge of the foundation trench, the top positions of the steel sheet piles are firstly immersed to be flush with the trench top, and a closed cofferdam structure is formed; excavating a closed area of the steel sheet piles until the road structure layer is completely excavated, and carrying out excavation on the remaining bearing platform foundation pit by taking the standard that all the steel sheet piles are secondarily immersed until the pile tops are flush with the groove bottom; construction of bearing platform reinforcing steel bars and concrete is completed, foundation pit backfilling is carried out after steel sheet piles are pulled out, after backfilling is carried out to the top, drilling is carried out, drainage pipes are embedded, drainage holes are plugged after water is pumped through the drainage pipes, and the terrace is hardened to form the full framing foundation terrace; and the steps are repeated, construction of all bearing platforms in the single cast-in-place section and foundation treatment in the foundation pit range are completed, and the full framing foundation of the construction section is formed after hardening. Small-range excavation of the bearing platform foundation pit is achieved, construction is efficient, and cost is low.
本发明公开了一种基于承台快速开挖的满堂支架基础处理方法,包括以下步骤:先在现有道路地面上放样出开挖边界线,对道路结构进行开挖形成基槽;钢板桩沿基槽边缘施工,钢板桩顶部位置首次先沉放至与槽顶齐平,形成封闭的围堰结构;开挖钢板桩封闭的区域,至道路结构层全部挖除,二次沉放所有钢板桩至桩顶与槽底齐平为准,进行余下承台基坑开挖;完成承台钢筋及混凝土施工,拔除钢板桩后进行基坑回填,回填至顶后,钻孔埋设排水管,利用排水管抽水后封堵排水孔,地坪硬化形成满堂支架基础地坪;重复以上步骤,完成单个现浇段内所有承台施工及基坑范围内的地基处理,硬化后形成该施工段的满堂支架基础。实现承台基坑小范围开挖,施工高效成本低。
