The invention relates to a novel ceramic tile fixing tool which comprises a machine body, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the machine body, a suction cup is installed at the front end of the hydraulic cylinder, the suction cup sucks ceramic tiles through suction force of a vacuum pump, the ceramic tiles are adjusted to needed positions through an operation handle and wheels below the machine body, and the hydraulic cylinder is opened through an operation rod of a hydraulic pump. The needed horizontal state is adjusted, and the baffles around the ceramic tiles are put down to prevent injected cement from leaking. A worker puts mixed cement into the hopper, a lower opening of the hopper is connected with the grouting machine, the grouting machine is started to inject the cement between the cement and the ground, and the cement is vibrated to be uniform and full through the vibration motor.
