Detachable cyclic utilization column concrete replacement support method
A detachable cyclic utilization column concrete replacement supporting method comprises the steps that (1) the stress of a to-be-replaced part is determined, and the number of layers of needed supporting steel beams is determined; (2) installing upper and lower layer supporting steel beams and installing small stand columns; (3) supporting steel columns are installed, and meanwhile lower-end steel base plates and upper-end steel base plates are installed to be connected with upper and lower supporting steel beams; 4) mounting profile steel for supporting the frame beam; 5) mounting profile steel for supporting and placing a jack; (6) the jack exerts force on the profile steel for supporting the top; and 7) the steel column is separated from the lower-layer steel beam, and a middle gap is filled with a grouting material or a structural adhesive. After the jack is dismantled, the pressure transmission path of the upper-layer column is converted into the pressure transmission path of the opposite-pull screw and the small stand column, the upper-layer supporting steel beam, the steel column, the lower-layer supporting steel beam, the opposite-pull screw and the small stand column, and finally the pressure is transmitted to the lower-layer column. Meanwhile, the load of the concrete beam is transmitted to the steel column through the profile steel for the supporting beam. The stress of the to-be-replaced column is released, and residual stress and deformation of the steel bars are effectively prevented.
