The invention discloses a control method and device of an electric sliding door, a vehicle and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the position state of the vehicle and the half-open state of the electric sliding door are determined; external force acting on the electric sliding door is detected; the position state of the vehicle and information corresponding to the external force are obtained, and then the electric sliding door is controlled to move according to the information. The electric sliding door can be controlled to be fully opened or fully closed according to the applied external force when the electric sliding door is semi-opened, that is, the electric sliding door can be controlled to perform corresponding directional movement according to the information of the external force applied to the electric sliding door by a user, so that the door opening and closing intention of the user can be accurately learned, and the user only needs to slightly apply a little external force; therefore, the electric sliding door can be accurately controlled to do targeted movement, great convenience is brought to operation of a user, and the intelligent sense and the science and technology sense of the electric sliding door are improved. Meanwhile, information corresponding to the external force can be accurately detected through the position state of the vehicle, and the accuracy is improved.
