The invention relates to the field of heat preservation and rewarming for treatment of frostbite wounded persons in cold environments, in particular to a rewarming sleeping bag for the wounded persons under severe cold conditions of battlefields and a heating method of the rewarming sleeping bag, and the rewarming sleeping bag is composed of a phase-change rewarming sleeping bag and a solar photovoltaic tent. The main part of the phase-change rewarming sleeping bag is a rewarming sleeping bag body, and materials of the rewarming sleeping bag body mainly comprise a phase-change heat storage fiber layer and a graphene phase-change heating layer. CIGS film solar cells are installed on the two sides of a tent body of the solar photovoltaic tent, electric energy is transmitted to a sleeping bag heating device through a circuit, and a rewarming sleeping bag body is connected into the sleeping bag heating device through an embedded wire. The solar photovoltaic tent is adopted as a heating source of a plurality of sleeping bags, solar energy absorbed by the CIGS thin film solar cell provides electric energy for the graphene phase change heating layer of the rewarming sleeping bag body, and heat is transferred to the phase change material in the phase change heat storage fiber layer. And when the temperature of the rewarming sleeping bag body reaches a set temperature, the heated phase-change rewarming sleeping bag is sent to a front line for use.
