Anti-corrosion pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to concrete, in particular to corrosion-resistant pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that 1, broken rock and cement are injected into a stirring barrel, a stirring tool and one of a plurality of driven wheels are driven, the stirring tool is inserted into the stirring barrel to conduct stirring, and a mixture I is obtained; 2, water and porous zeolite are injected into the stirring barrel, a driven wheel meshed with the stirring tool is replaced, and a mixture II is obtained through mixing and stirring; 3, glass fibers and a water reducing agent are injected into the stirring barrel, a driven wheel meshed with the stirring tool is replaced, and concrete is obtained through mixing and stirring; the invention relates to corrosion-resistant pervious concrete. The corrosion-resistant pervious concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of macadam; 20 to 24 parts of cement; 30 to 33 parts of porous zeolite; 40 to 44 parts of water; 5 to 8 parts of glass fiber; and 4-6 parts of a water reducing agent. And different stirring speeds and stirring forces can be adjusted according to different use requirements.
