The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method of a battery swap station. The battery swap station comprises a pull-in gate, a battery swap area and a pull-out gate. The control method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle is close to a pull-in gate, identifying information of the vehicle, and judging whether a battery replacement area is in a battery replacement state or not; if yes, the station entering gate is controlled to be closed, and the vehicle is prevented from entering the battery replacing area; and when the vehicle in the battery replacing state in the battery replacing area completes battery replacing, the station exiting gate is controlled to be opened, the vehicle completing battery replacing drives out of the battery replacing area, meanwhile, the station entering gate is controlled to be opened, and the vehicle is allowed to drive into the battery replacing area. According to the embodiment of the invention, the entrance gate and the exit gate are controlled according to the battery replacement state of the vehicle in the battery replacement area, so that the safety of the vehicle is ensured, and the vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement can be driven into the battery replacement area while the vehicle subjected to battery replacement is driven out of the battery replacement area. The waiting time of the battery replacing equipment in the battery replacing area is shortened, and the battery replacing efficiency of the battery replacing station is greatly improved.
