The invention relates to the technical field of recycled concrete slabs, in particular to a prefabricated assembly type recycled concrete formwork and a manufacturing method thereof.The prefabricated assembly type recycled concrete formwork comprises a formwork body, and the formwork body is prepared from anti-cracking cement, fly ash, recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and a reinforcing agent; a protruding strip and a groove which are clamped and matched with each other are arranged at the two opposite ends of the formwork body respectively, a clamping block mechanism capable of extending out of the two opposite side walls of the protruding strip is embedded in the protruding strip, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping block mechanism is formed between the two opposite side walls of the groove in a penetrating mode. The template body is prepared from the renewable raw materials of the fly ash, the recycled fine aggregate and the recycled coarse aggregate in cooperation with the crack-resistant cement, so that the prepared template body is high in structural strength and low in cost, and meanwhile, the reinforcing agent can improve the durability and wear resistance of the surface of the template body; and the water reducing agent can improve the flowability of the concrete mixture, reduce the unit water consumption for manufacturing the concrete, and further improve the economic benefit.
本发明涉再生混凝土板技术领域,具体为一种预制装配式再生混凝土模板及其制造方法,包括模板本体,模板本体的各组分如下:抗裂性水泥、粉煤灰、再生粗骨料、再生细骨料、减水剂和增强剂,模板本体的相对两端分别设置有相互卡接配合的凸条和凹槽,凸条内部预埋有可伸出凸条相对两侧壁的卡块机构,凹槽相对两侧壁之间贯穿开设有与卡块机构相互配合的卡槽,本发明的模板本体采用粉煤灰、再生细骨料和再生粗骨料的可再生原料并配合抗裂性水泥进行制备,使制备得到的模板本体不仅结构强度大且成本低廉,同时增强剂能够提高模板本体表面的耐久和耐磨性,而减水剂能够改善混凝土拌合物的流动性,减少制造混凝土的单位用水量,进一步提高经济效益。
