Superfine tailing-based water-stable layer material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a superfine tailing-based water-stable layer material and a preparation method thereof. The soil stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-80 parts of iron tailing mud, 10-50 parts of broken stone, 10 parts of attapulgite, 5-10 parts of metakaolin, 5-10 parts of cement, 5-10 parts of lime, 5-10 parts of wollastonite and 2 parts of an ionic soil stabilizer. According to the formula of the tailing-based water-stable layer material, on the basis of the superfine tailing mud, attapulgite is added as a clay mineral, gravel is added as a fine aggregate, metakaolin, cement, lime and wollastonite are used as cementing materials, and a strength test is carried out on a test piece according to related standard specifications; finally, the water-stable material formula conforming to the base layer and the subbase layer is obtained. The tailing mud is used as a solid waste material for road construction, the high proportion of the iron tailing mud in all mixed materials is guaranteed, and the use performance of a target material is considered while solid waste is utilized.
本发明公开了一种超细尾矿基水稳层材料及其制备方法。发明包括如下质量份的原料:铁尾矿尾泥40‑80份,碎石10‑50份,凹凸棒石10份,偏高岭土5‑10份,水泥5‑10份,石灰5‑10份,硅灰石5‑10份,离子型土壤固化剂2份。本发明中所产生的尾矿基水稳层材料配方,在超细尾泥的基础上,添加凹凸棒石作为黏土矿物,添加碎石作为细骨料,使用偏高岭土、水泥、石灰、硅灰石为胶凝材料,按照相关标准规范对试件进行强度测试,最后得到符合基层和底基层的水稳材料配方。本发明将尾泥作为固废材料用于公路建设,保证铁尾矿尾泥在所有混料中的高比例,在固废利用的同时兼顾目标材料的使用性能。
