Lightweight high-strength alumina hollow sphere brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a light high-strength aluminum oxide hollow sphere brick which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70wt% of aluminum oxide hollow spheres, 10-20wt% of calcined aluminum oxide micro powder, 10-15wt% of metal aluminum powder, 10-15wt% of ammonium aluminum carbonate and an additional binding agent which accounts for 5-8wt% of the total mass of the raw materials. The invention also provides a preparation method of the alumina hollow sphere brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing the raw materials and the external binding agent in percentage by mass in a high-speed stirrer; (2) weighing the uniformly mixed materials according to the weight of a single biscuit, pouring into a mold, and molding by using a vibration molding machine; (3) naturally drying the formed biscuit for 6-12 hours, and then drying the biscuit in a drying kiln for 12-24 hours at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C, and (4) after drying, preserving heat for 4-8 hours at the temperature of 1650-1700 DEG C. According to the aluminum oxide hollow ball brick, the density of the hollow ball brick is reduced, and meanwhile, the strength of the product is improved.
