Composite water reducer and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete water reducing agents, and particularly discloses a composite water reducing agent and a preparation process thereof. The invention relates to a preparation process of a composite water reducer. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, adding methacrylic acid, methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate and a functional monomer into a container according to a molar ratio of 1: (1-1.2): (3.5-5), and uniformly mixing; the functional monomers are at least two of fluorene carboxylic acid derivatives, carboxylic acid indanone and maleic anhydride; and S2, adding an initiator, a chain transfer agent and a reducing agent into the container in the step S1, reacting at 40-60 DEG C for 3-5 hours, and then adjusting the pH value to 7. The composite water reducing agent has the advantage of being good in stability.
