The invention discloses a foam asphalt mixture dynamic control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting operation parameters of a cold recycling machine, including milling speed, milling depth, milling width and milling rotor speed data; based on the collected operation parameters of the cold regeneration machine, matching a mix proportion database to obtain optimal foaming process parameters, and outputting the optimal foaming process parameters; the process parameters comprise asphalt amount, foaming water amount and foaming temperature; and respectively transmitting the optimal foaming process parameters to an asphalt flow control system, a foaming water quantity control system and a foaming temperature control system so as to respectively adjust the asphalt flow, the foaming water flow and the foaming temperature to reach corresponding asphalt quantity, foaming water quantity and foaming temperature target values.
