The problems that an existing clamping piece type anchorage device of the prestressed beam is low in working clamping piece installation efficiency and unstable in installation quality are solved.
本发明公开了一种预应力梁的锚具夹片辅助施工装置及其施工方法,采用多个挤压环同步径向挤压楔形夹块以锁定多个锚具夹片,使得多个锚具夹片同步安装,不仅节省人力,而且能保证片位的均匀,提高锚具夹片的安装效率并减少返工率,为后续施工提供了保障,同时,方便对多个锚具夹片进行固定并套在预应力索(即钢绞线)上,在夹固装置固定夹片时,将顶推套管的端面抵顶于锚具夹片的端面,在锚具夹片进行打紧时为施工人员的锤击进行缓冲和减震,并使每片夹片均匀受力,防止施工人员用力过猛,将夹片敲坏。本发明解决了现有的预应力梁的夹片式锚具的工作夹片安装效率低且安装质量不稳定的问题。
