The invention discloses a drainage box culvert non-excavation repairing structure which comprises a profile lining layer, a steel framework, a grouting consolidation body and an original box culvert from inside to outside, the steel framework is connected with the original box culvert through embedded steel bars, the steel framework is arranged in the original box culvert to form an attaching steel frame, a plurality of U-shaped clamping grooves are formed in the steel framework and used for being connected with the profile lining layer, and the U-shaped clamping grooves are connected with the original box culvert. The sectional material lining layer is formed by splicing a plurality of strip-shaped sectional materials, the male lock catches and the female lock catches of the adjacent strip-shaped sectional materials are buckled and spliced, the positions of the male lock catches and the female lock catches are clamped in the U-shaped clamping grooves, and a grouting consolidation body is arranged in a gap between the sectional material lining layer and the original box culvert. The section bar inner lining layer is connected with the U-shaped clamping groove in a buckled mode after being spliced, and the section bar has the advantages of being rapid and convenient to install, high in structural strength and good in corrosion resistance of the inner lining surface.
本发明公开一种排水箱涵非开挖修复结构,包括自内向外的型材内衬层、钢构架、灌浆固结体及原箱涵,所述的钢构架通过植筋与原箱涵连接,钢构架设置在原箱涵内部形成依附钢架,钢构架上设有若干U型卡槽用于连接型材内衬层,所述的型材内衬层是由若干带状型材拼接而成,相邻带状型材的公母锁扣扣合拼接,公母锁扣位置卡在U型卡槽内,所述的型材内衬层与原箱涵之间空隙内设有灌浆固结体。本发明型材内衬层拼接后与U型卡槽的卡扣连接,具有安装快捷方便,结构强度高,内衬表面耐腐蚀性好的优点。
