The other end of the inhaul cable can sequentially penetrate through the third anti-collision plate and the fixing plate to be connected with the end plate. The anti-collision buffer has the advantages that the anti-collision buffer has a multi-stage buffering effect, the buffering effect is good, a rear vehicle can be guided to be straightened, and the safety is improved.
