The invention discloses an intelligent multifunctional sand beach garbage disposer which comprises a roller feeding mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a large garbage separating device, a micro-plastic separating device, a sand-water separating device, a walking device and a connecting rack. According to the sand beach cleaning device, the roller feeding mechanism is arranged, large and small garbage and part of sand on a sand beach can be scooped up through a shovel, then the garbage and part of sand are conveyed into the conveying mechanism through rotating bristles and a feeding shifting plate, and therefore the effect of cleaning the large and small garbage on the sand beach is ensured; by means of the conveying mechanism, collected large and small garbage can be conveyed upwards into the large garbage separating device, and therefore the large and small garbage can be treated step by step conveniently; the large garbage separating device is arranged, large garbage and small garbage can be screened and separated out through a screen plate, small garbage, micro-plastic and the like enter the micro-plastic separating device to be further treated, and in addition, the screening efficiency can be improved in cooperation with a vibration motor outside the collecting shell.
