The invention discloses a pump gate station automatic monitoring system which comprises a pump gate station body and a flood discharge channel which is arranged in the pump gate station body and penetrates front and back, the flood discharge channel is slidably provided with a water blocking door used for blocking water, and a driving machine is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the pump gate station body. The power output end of the driving machine is connected with a lead screw which extends downwards and is in threaded connection with the water blocking door, then the lead screw is driven by the driving machine to rotate, and then the water blocking door is driven to ascend and descend so that the water blocking and preventing effect can be achieved. Therefore, the automatic monitoring system for the pump gate station can monitor the water surface height in the water surface rising process and automatically make a response when the water surface height is higher than a certain degree and the control room does not make a response in time so as to prevent waterlogging.
