The socket type precast pile core and pile cap structure comprises a pile core; the pile cap is arranged above the pile core, the pile core and the pile cap are formed by integrally pouring concrete, a pile core reinforcement cage is embedded in the pile core and partially extends into the pile cap, a pile cap reinforcement cage is arranged in the pile cap, and a circle of annular groove is formed in the position, close to the pile core, of the bottom of the pile cap; two channel holes penetrating through the pile cap in the height direction of the pile cap are formed in the pile cap, at least one channel hole is used for grouting, and the other channel hole is used for grout overflowing; and the grout stopping structure is arranged at the bottom of the pile core. According to the method, direct socket-and-spigot type installation positioning and intelligent grouting pump grouting connection are adopted, so that multiple links such as bracket welding or hoop fixing, formwork erecting, reinforcing steel bar binding, concrete pouring and formwork dismantling in site cast-in-place are avoided, the site construction time is greatly shortened, the labor consumption is greatly reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
