Weak silt silty clay riverway water wave pile construction method
The invention relates to a soft silt silty clay riverway water wave pile construction method which comprises the following specific steps: after a construction ship inserts a positioning pile into an underwater soil layer through positioning measurement and keeps a ship body stable, a water drilling machine is controlled by a pile driver to drill holes, so that a wave pile can enter the underwater soil layer more easily; and then the wave piles are positioned and hit through a guide frame to make the front and rear pile foundations attached and flush, and finally the piles are hit into water to be sunk to the designed elevation. According to the method, in the water pile sinking process, a pile foundation directly enables a soil body to be subjected to punching damage, pore water around the pile forms a non-uniform water head under the punching extrusion effect, excess pore water pressure is generated, the soil body structure is disturbed, the shear strength of a part of the soil body within the range about one time of the pile diameter around the pile is reduced, and serious softening (clay) or thickening (silt and sandy soil) occurs; and a soil body reshaping phenomenon occurs, so that the wave pile can be easily and continuously fed into a very deep foundation soil layer.
本发明是一种软弱淤泥质粉质黏土河道水上波浪桩施工方法,具体步骤为:施工船舶经过定位测量将定位桩插入水下的土层中保持船身稳定后,通过打桩机控制水钻机钻孔使波浪桩更容易进入水下土层中,接着利用导向架定位施打波浪桩使前后桩基贴紧平齐,最后打入水中沉桩至设计标高。本发明,在水上沉桩过程中,桩基直接使土体产生冲切破坏,桩周孔隙水受此冲切挤压作用形成不均匀水头,产生超孔隙水压力,扰动了土体结构,使桩周约一倍桩径范围内的一部分土体抗剪强度降低,发生严重软化(黏土)或稠化(粉土、砂土),出现土体重塑现象,从而可容易地连续将波浪桩送入很深的地基土层中。
