A mounting opening is formed in the upper surface of the sliding block, and the second rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a mounting plate. After the foundation pile is inserted into soil, the ground contact plate is rotated at the moment, the bottom face of the ground contact plate makes contact with the ground, then two first threaded rods are rotated, a supporting ring is controlled to move to a proper position, a pile body, exposed out of the soil, of the foundation pile can be supported, and the situation that the foundation pile topples over due to the high gravity center is avoided; and the bearing capacity of the foundation pile is improved.
