The method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, steel sheet piles, guide frames and limiting mechanisms are prepared; s2, installation of the guide frame, specifically, before the guide frame is installed, a forward intersection method is adopted for positioning, and after positioning, the guide frame is installed; s3, a limiting mechanism is installed, specifically, the limiting mechanism is adjustably installed on the guide frame, and preparation is made for follow-up limiting of the steel plate column; s4, steel plate piles are installed, specifically, the steel plate piles are sequentially installed at the guide frame, and the connecting positions of the adjacent steel plate piles are smeared with lubricating and sealing substances; s5, the steel plate piles are limited, specifically, all the steel plate columns are limited through a limiting mechanism; s6, the steel sheet piles are supported, specifically, the inner walls of the steel sheet piles are supported through inner supporting frames; s7, the guide frame and the limiting mechanism are dismounted; and S8, water pumping and leaking stoppage. Through the guide frame and the limiting mechanism, the mounting precision of the steel sheet pile is guaranteed, and deflection of the steel sheet pile is avoided.
