The barrel type foundation with the drag reduction system comprises a barrel type foundation body, the drag reduction system and a negative pressure penetration system with a reaming and sucking device. The drag reduction system comprises a drag reduction barrel sleeve provided with a thixotropic slurry channel and a thixotropic slurry outlet, a thixotropic slurry pipe and a thixotropic slurry system; and resistance reduction is realized by pressing thixotropic slurry into a gap between the resistance reduction barrel sleeve and a soil body. The negative-pressure penetration system with the cutter suction device comprises the cutter suction device, a negative-pressure penetration barrel cover and a negative-pressure system, wherein the cutter suction device comprises a reamer head, a cement paste jet orifice and a high-pressure water jet orifice; the device is used for achieving negative pressure penetration, soil and stone cutter suction and soil body reinforcement. The resistance reduction system and the cutter suction device can effectively reduce the penetration resistance of the barrel type foundation, improve the penetration construction speed and are suitable for more construction terrains; the seepage stability of the bucket foundation is improved through soil reinforcement operation, and deformation and differential settlement in long-term construction are effectively controlled.
