Lengthened mechanical arm
The invention provides a lengthened mechanical arm. The lengthened mechanical arm is mainly used for the excavator and comprises a large arm adjustably hinged to an excavator body and a small arm adjustably hinged to the front end of the large arm. The lengthened mechanical arm further comprises a bucket part arranged at the front end of the small arm and used for field operation. The bucket part comprises an assembling base arranged at the front end of the small arm. The U-shaped frame is hinged to the assembling base and used for supporting and matching angle deflection; the round seat is fixedly arranged on the U-shaped frame, is positioned on one side of the small arm and is used for being matched with the small arm to assemble a driving mechanism for driving the bucket part to rotate; and the T-shaped connector is movably arranged in the T-shaped assembling groove on the circular seat and can be inserted into the quick connecting groove at the front end of the small arm. The lengthened mechanical arm provided by the invention has the advantages that the bucket part can be rotated according to requirements after the lengthened mechanical arm is assembled, a better operation angle is easier to find, the working difficulty is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种加长机械臂。所述加长机械臂，主要用于挖掘机，包括：可调节铰接在挖掘机主体上的大臂和可调节铰接在所述大臂前端上的小臂；所述加长机械臂还包括：设于所述小臂前端用于现场操作的斗部，所述斗部包括：设于所述小臂前端的装配座；铰接在所述装配座上用于支撑配合角度偏转的U形架；固定安装在所述U形架位于小臂一侧、用于配合小臂装配驱动斗部旋转的驱动机构的圆形座；及可活动安装在所述圆形座上T形装配槽内，且可插入至所述小臂前端快接槽内的T形连接头。本发明提供的加长机械臂具有在装配后可根据需要进行旋转斗部，更容易寻找较佳操作角度，降低了工作难度，提高了工作效率的优点。
