After drainage is completed, the inflatable telescopic part continues to extend to a preset position, the opening and closing mechanism enables the exhaust section of the self-pressure-relief part to penetrate out of the communicating hole, an inner cavity of the inflatable telescopic part is subjected to air leakage and contraction through a gap between the communicating hole and an air leakage column of the exhaust section and an air leakage groove of the air leakage column, and the drainage valve can be gradually reset to close drainage. And automatic pressure relief is realized. The cross sectional area of the air leakage column is smaller than that of the communicating hole, and the air leakage groove is additionally formed in the air leakage column, so that the exhaust gap is enlarged, and the air leakage efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种气动装置、气控排水阀及水箱,气动装置包括进气盖、充气伸缩件、从动件、自泄压件和开闭机构,其中外部气泵与进气盖连接,能够将气体充入充气伸缩件中,在充气时,开闭机构能够使排气段和充气伸缩件的内腔相互隔离,在充气过程中,充气伸缩件能够膨胀伸长,并驱动从动件对外部排水阀打开进行排水。排水完毕后,充气伸缩件继续伸长到预设位置,开闭机构使自泄压件的排气段穿出连通孔,使充气伸缩件的内腔通过连通孔与排气段的泄气柱之间的间隙、以及泄气柱的泄气槽进行泄气收缩,使排水阀能够逐渐复位并关闭排水,实现自动泄压。泄气柱的横截面积小于连通孔的横截面积,并且泄气柱增设泄气槽,扩大了排气间隙,提高了泄气效率。
