Fabricated frame structure with local shear wall anti-lateral members
An assembly type frame structure system comprising local shear wall anti-lateral components and steel pipe column and double-limb spliced beam assembly type beam column connecting joints comprises steel pipe columns, I-shaped gusset plate modules welded to the steel pipe columns, cold forming double-limb spliced beam components and the local shear wall anti-lateral components. The local shear wall anti-lateral component is composed of a steel plate shear wall, the connecting plate for connecting the two branches of the double-branch splicing beam is used as a connecting joint of the local shear wall anti-lateral component, and the position of the local shear wall anti-lateral component can be adjusted to meet the requirements of door and window openings. The whole frame is reasonable in structure and clear in force transmission, modular connecting pieces are adopted to reinforce node connection, the anti-seismic concept design is met, local steel plate shear wall anti-lateral members are additionally arranged between columns, the horizontal anti-lateral rigidity of a building structure is effectively improved, and the anti-seismic performance is good. The whole structure system adopts full-bolt field assembly, the field welding procedure is avoided, and the assembly rate is high.
一种含局部剪力墙抗侧构件以及钢管柱与双肢拼合梁装配式梁柱连接节点的装配式框架结构体系,包括钢管柱、与钢管柱焊接的工字型节点板模块、冷成型双肢拼合梁构件以及局部剪力墙抗侧构件,局部剪力墙抗侧构件由钢板剪力墙组成,本专利利用连接双肢拼合梁两个分肢的连接板作为局部剪力墙抗侧构件的连接节点,可调整局部剪力墙抗侧构件的位置来满足门窗洞口需要。整个框架结构合理,传力明确,采用模块化连接件加强节点连接,符合抗震概念设计,柱间增加局部钢板剪力墙抗侧构件,有效提高建筑结构水平抗侧刚度,抗震性能好。整个结构体系采用全螺栓现场装配,避免现场焊接工序,装配率高。
