The invention discloses an assembly type bonded post-tensioned prestress 3D printing concrete column and a construction method. Hole channels are reserved in the height direction in the 3D printing process of a concrete column base body, and after concrete is cured to the specified strength, prestressed tendons penetrate through the reserved hole channels to be tensioned and anchored. The prestressed tendons and the 3D printing concrete column are combined and applied to an assembly type process, the construction method is convenient and fast, formworks are not needed, materials are saved, and good anti-seismic performance is achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式有粘结后张预应力3D打印混凝土柱及施工方法,在混凝土柱基体3D打印过程中沿高度方向预留孔道,待混凝土养护至规定强度后将预应力筋穿过预留孔道并进行张拉和锚固。本发明将预应力筋与3D打印混凝土柱相结合,应用于装配式工艺,施工方法便捷、无需模板、节约材料,且具有较好的抗震性能。
